Position: HR Executive

Qualification: MBA in Human Resource (HR) preferred

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Roles and Responsibilities for HR Executive

• Employee Joining and Exit Formalities.
• Issue duties and responsibilities to new joiners (Staff/Faculty).
• Issue Appointment letters, Increment letters, Relieving/Experience Letters (Teaching/Non-Teaching)
• Allotment of Cabins to Faculty/Staff.
• Recruitments as per the requirement of different departments.
• Putting Advertisements on University's website or job portals for Faculty/Staff requirements
• Scheduling Candidates for Interview.
• Maintaining Staff files on timely basis and update.
• Updating Staff files and making synopsis to present for Increment.
• Any other duty that may arise by the Management on time to time basis.
• Taking approvals regarding Seminars/MDP's/FDP's/Conferences on behalf of Faculty/Staff.
