• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The HR Executive will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee development initiatives.
• Key Responsibilities. Recruitment & Staffing:. Manage end-to-end recruitment process:job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Employee Onboarding & Training:. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Performance Management:. Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Employee Relations:. Handle employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
• Address disciplinary issues and ensure proper documentation.
• HR Policy & Compliance:. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures.
• HR Data Management:. Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as required
