Human Resource Executive

• Departmental Leadership: Lead and oversee the HR department, managing recruitment schedules, staff rosters, performance evaluations, and team KPIs.
• Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates across all hospitality departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Security).
• Employee Welfare & Relations: Manage staff accommodation, cafeteria standards, medical welfare, team engagement activities, and grievance resolution to maintain high employee morale.
• Training & Service Standards: Coordinate with department heads to design and execute hospitality service standards, brand compliance, and safety training programs.
• Payroll & HRIS Administration: Supervise monthly attendance tracking, leave management, overtime processing, and accurate payroll submission in coordination with Accounts.
• Statutory & Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Kerala labor regulations, Factory & Establishment Acts, PF/ESI guidelines, and environmental/occupational health safety rules.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare annual HR and manpower budgets, monitor manpower ratios, and manage staff cost efficiencies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
