Human Resource Executive

Company: Dusad Agro Foods (Taste N Tadka International)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including hiring, onboarding, employee records.
• Drive recruitment and coordinate hiring for multiple positions.
• Plan and support employee training and development initiatives.
• Guide employees on HR policies, processes and compliance requirements.
• Analyze HR data and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.

Key Requirements-

• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR.
• Good knowledge of onboarding, payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle HR data and work independently.
