Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
• Process monthly payroll, salary disbursement, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide workforce-related insights to management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and other HR software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Minimum 6 months Experience in Hr is a Plus.
