Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the plant/workforce.
• Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding of employees.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new employees.
• Manage employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
• Support performance management and employee development activities.
• Handle manpower planning and coordinate with department HODs for manpower requirements.
• Support HR audits and maintain required HR records and documents.
• Implement HR policies, systems, and processes at the plant.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth manpower operations.
• Maintain discipline, attendance-related coordination, and employee communication.
• Support 5S, safety awareness, and other plant-level employee initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee handling.
• Experience in automobile/auto-component manufacturing will be preferred.
