What they need
Coordinate recruitment, interviews and employee onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data
Support payroll inputs and HR documentation
Handle employee queries & coordinate HR activities
Support implementation of company policies
Required Candidate profile
MBA in HR or similar qualification
2–4 years experience in HR Operations or generalist roles
Exposure to payroll, Recruitment, HR documentation and employee engagement.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS
