Human Resource Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee queries, and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
• Support performance management and HR policies.
• Coordinate staff training, engagement, and other HR activities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations within the school.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
• 4 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a school/education sector.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
