CogentNext Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to join our team in Chennai.

Location: Adambakkam, Chennai
Position: HR Executive
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Work Location: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing and interview scheduling
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
• Manage attendance, leave and payroll-related coordination
• Support employee engagement and internal communication
• Assist with performance management and HR processes
• Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and statutory documents
• Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters
• Support general HR administration and office activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of HR experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Immediate joiners preferred
