Human Resource Executive

Madihah Home is looking for a proactive and organised Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Coordinate joining formalities, employee communication and exit processes.
• Support payroll coordination and ensure timely sharing of attendance and employee information.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
• Address employee queries and support day-to-day employee engagement.
• Coordinate with department heads on hiring and manpower requirements.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR / Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working with different teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Prior experience in a growing company or creative/luxury brand would be an advantage.
