Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional to manage recruitment and candidate coordination for various roles as per the organization’s hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates.

• Manage hiring for:

• Software Developers & Technical Profiles

• Lateral / Experienced Roles

• Career / Education Counselors

• Sales & Business Development

• Other profiles as required by the company.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate assessments and follow-ups.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.

• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements.

• Support offer and onboarding processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Prior recruitment / HR experience will be an advantage.
