Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage HR operations at our manufacturing/plant location in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Manufacturing HR, Labour Compliance, ISO, Factory Act, Industrial Relations, payroll and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
• Handle recruitment for shop-floor workers, technicians and supervisory staff.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation and HR records.
• Monitor biometric attendance, shifts, leave, absenteeism and overtime.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, records and documentation required under the Factory Act.
• Handle contract labour management and compliance.
• Manage employee grievances and industrial relations.
• Coordinate and maintain documentation related to ISO audits and compliance.
• Support internal and external ISO / statutory / factory audits.
• Ensure timely closure and maintenance of compliance-related documentation.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate plant administration including security, housekeeping and vendors.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports using MS Excel / HRMS.
• Support management in employee welfare, safety and general plant HR activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• 48 years of relevant HR experience
• Mandatory manufacturing / factory HR experience
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Labour Compliance
• Mandatory knowledge and experience of the Factory Act
• Mandatory experience with ISO compliance / ISO audits
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC and statutory compliance
• Experience in contract labour management
• Experience in payroll, attendance and employee relations
• Strong understanding of Industrial Relations / Labour Laws

Qualification

MBA / PGDM / MSW / MHRM / BBA / Graduate with relevant qualification in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management preferred.

Language Requirements

Gujarati, Hindi and English – proficiency required.

Preferred Candidate

• Ahmedabad/Gujarat-based candidates preferred.
• Candidates from manufacturing, engineering, fabrication or industrial companies preferred.
• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
