Human Resource Executive

HR – Key Responsibilities:

• Manpower Planning – Identify staff requirements department-wise.
• Recruitment – Candidate sourcing, interview and selection coordination.
• Employee Joining – Offer letter, documents and induction.
• Attendance Management – Attendance, late coming, permission and absenteeism.
• Leave Management – Leave approval, weekly-off and leave records.
• Payroll Support – Salary inputs, incentives, deductions, PF/ESI coordination.
• Performance Management – KRA/KPI, targets and monthly performance review.
• Training & Development – Sales, product knowledge, customer service and SOP training.
• Employee Discipline – Dress code, punctuality, behaviour and policy compliance.
• Grievance Handling – Receive and resolve employee concerns.
• Employee Engagement – Motivation, recognition and staff meetings.
• HR Policy & SOP – Implement and monitor HR policies.
• Employee Records – Maintain personal files and HR documentation.
• Exit Process – Resignation, clearance, handover and exit interview.
• HR Reporting – Daily, weekly and monthly HR MIS to management.
• Compliance – Coordinate statutory HR requirements.
• Manpower Productivity – Monitor whether employees are delivering expected results.
• Management Coordination – Report major people-related issues to MD/JMD/Management.
