Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the induction and onboarding paperwork for new hires.
• HR Operations and Records: Maintain accurate employee files, update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and track daily attendance and leave records.
• Payroll and Compliance Support: Prepare inputs for monthly payroll and help coordinate local statutory compliance requirements.
• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for daily staff queries, assist in resolving basic grievances, and support a positive workplace culture.
• Performance and Training: Assist with performance review cycles and coordinate employee training or engagement activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, or general administration.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR software (HRIS/ATS), good spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets), and general awareness of local labor laws.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, high attention to detail, and strict confidentiality regarding employee data.

Pay: ₹11,036.68 - ₹33,165.67 per month
