• HR policies and process adherence
• HRMS management
• Attendance and leave coordination
• Employee documentation and HR letters
• Salary-related coordination
• Promotions, PIP and exit formalities
• Training & Development
• Coordinate training programs
• Support onboarding training
• Coordinate on-the-job training
• Work with managers on employee development
• Employee Management
• Employee engagement and HR support
• Address employee-related queries
• Coordinate with management on HR matters
• Support performance-related processes
• Recruitment Coordination
• Work with recruitment consultancies
• Coordinate hiring requirements with internal teams
• Track open positions and hiring status
