About the Role

We are looking for a confident, organized, and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and follow-up skills, be comfortable coordinating with multiple teams, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with the Batch Coordinators and Placement Coordinators on daily requirements and updates.
• Handle candidate communication and placement-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill recruitment requirements.
• Follow up on interview status, selection, offers, and joining dates.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and updates.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and other activities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work independently.
• Proactive attitude with good attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
