Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment activities, employee onboarding, HR operations, and maintaining employee records. Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates having at least 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct initial HR screening rounds.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Handle attendance and leave records.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
• Support day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Fresher to 1+ Year in HR Recruitment/HR Operations.
