About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Rawang, Selangor on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role within our Human Resources department, where you will play a key part in developing and delivering training and development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support organisational growth. You will work closely with management and staff at all levels to identify learning needs, design impactful training initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous professional development within Betamek Electronics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through consultation with department heads, managers and employees
• Design, develop and deliver engaging training programmes tailored to enhance employee skills and competencies
• Coordinate and manage training schedules, resources and venues to ensure smooth programme execution
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback collection and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting orientation programmes for new employees
• Assist with employee performance management processes and provide guidance on career development pathways
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR department on matters relating to payroll, benefits and employee relations
• Liaise with external training providers and vendors to source quality training solutions

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree qualification in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a human resources or training and development role
• Certified for TTT (Train the Trainer).
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design principles and e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all organisational levels
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR information
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
