What they need
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
- Maintain and update payroll records including new hires, resignations, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other relevant authorities.
- Prepare and submit statutory contributions and reports on time.
- Handle payroll discrepancies, resolve employee queries, and provide clarification when needed.
- Generate payroll reports, payslips, and management summaries.
- Facilitates end-to-end process of sourcing and hiring of candidates; from understanding the requirement up to the on-boarding of the new staff.
- Managing recruitment activities for the designated portfolios.
- Pre-screened and review resumes for all candidate and interview candidates for employment.
- Work closely with hiring Managers/Senior Managers/Project Managers/Directors to meet the position requirements.
- Prepare reports for management, as necessary or requested.
