Human Resource Executive

At Sunray Construction & Interior Sdn Bhd, we specialise in interior fit-out projects from small to large scale and currently have a footprint in three states including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor Bahru.

We are currently looking for HR Executive with at least 2 years experience in Recruitment or Learning & Development role. Job Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Supports the company strategy in talent sourcing and hiring for the entities assigned;
• Analyses and selects proper recruitment channels to hire good caliber candidates and manage recruitment costs;
• Conducts shortlisting of candidates and follow up interviews with hiring managers;
• Prepares job offer package and seeks required approvals prior to job offers being made;
• Follows through on employment contract preparation and signatures;
• Follows up on candidates onboarding process such as creating email accounts, name cards, employee ID, personal files, update of information in shared drives, etc;
• Facilitates on-boarding process such as orientation of new staff;
• Collates and updates Project CV for new and existing employees.

Training and Development

• Understand job content and job requirement to understand the KSA (knowledge, skills, abilities) required for various roles in the company

• Work with line managers in identifying training needs and propose trainings for staff's development

• Enrolment of staff to trainings and documentation of all trainings

• Monitor HRDCorp levy and administration for application and claim submissions.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other equivalent qualifications
• At least 2-3 years experience in Human Resource with prior experience in Recruitment or L&D functions
• Knowing Mandarin language will be added advantage
• Proactive, positive attitude, and able to work in a team and independantly
