Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Mumbai - Grant Road

Reporting to: Director

Qualification: any graduation + post-graduation in HR

Experience: 1-3 years

Salary : 15k to 20k depending on interview

Job Summary:

• Practical understanding of business needs.
• Highly effective in incorporating leadership skills to achieve business objectives.
• Collaboration with top level management to conduct human resource strategic planning,
• designing and implementation in order to achieve corporate goals.
• Manage HR operations- Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, offer letter to FNF formalities. Employee life cycle.
• Recruitment electronic industry
• Employee Attendance Management, Employee Grievance, Policy Updating, and Administrative work.
• Employee Engagement
• Performance Management
• Generalist profile

Functional:

• Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Well versed with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Negotiation
• Training & Mentoring
• Proactive and go-getting attitude
• Conflict Resolution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
