Responsibilities / 工作职责

English:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR administrative tasks
• Assist in payroll preparation
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documents
• Support employee relations and internal communication
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local regulations

• 负责招聘流程，包括发布职位、筛选履历、安排面试及入职流程
• 维护及更新员工资料与人事文件
• 管理出勤、请假及人事行政事务
• 协助薪资资料准备及法定事项（EPF、SOCSO 等）

• 处理员工关系及内部沟通事项
• 确保人事运作符合公司政策及当地法规

Requirements / 任职要求

English:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential matters
