Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including leave and personnel documentation.

Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.

Verify attendance and overtime records for payroll processing.

Coordinate employee confirmations, performance appraisals and HR documentation.

Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR correspondence.

Support recruitment activities and liaise with employment agencies and external vendors.

Prepare monthly and ad hoc HR reports for management.

Coordinate employee training, company events and staff welfare activities.

Provide HR and administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in HR Management

Minimum 3 years of Human Resource Management experience
