Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Support

• Manage attendance, leave, documentation, HR records, and other day-to-day HR

operational activities.

• Coordinate seat allocation and employee seating arrangements in consultation with

relevant departments.

• Coordinate with employees, hiring managers, vendors, and other departments for

smooth HR and administrative operations.

• Support vendor coordination and HR-related administrative activities, ensuring timely

completion of requirements.

• Maintain employee databases, attendance and leave records, and other HR MIS.

2. MIS & Recruitment Coordination

• Prepare and maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports.
• Track interview schedules, candidate status, offers, and joining updates.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and employee records.

Education:

• BBA/MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar HR role.

Skills:

• Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and result-oriented approach with good administrative and

coordination skills
