Job Description: HR Executive – NBFC

Company: Choice Finserv Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a relevant field

Job Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer approvals, and offer letter releases.
• Handle employee documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with Business Managers and HODs for hiring requirements and approvals.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS, employee records, and other HR data.
• Follow up with candidates regarding resignation acceptance, relieving documents, and date of joining.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, induction, and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and timely completion of assigned HR activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of recruitment and HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of relevant HR experience.
• NBFC/BFSI industry experience is preferred/mandatory, depending on the hiring requirement.
• Candidates with immediate or short-notice availability will be preferred.
