Human Resource Executive

Key responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Manage daily HR administration, including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, confirmation and resignation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee enquiries and assist with employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain HR and payroll documentation and assist with audit requirements.
• Assist with recruitment, performance appraisal and other HR-related activities.
• Support foreign worker administration, including FOMEMA, work permit/PLKS renewal, passport and related documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll.
• Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with HR/payroll systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
