Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end staff recruitment and selection.

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company rules.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.

• Organize festivals, annual functions, and other office events.

• Manage employee engagement and welfare activities.

• Coordinate with department heads and management for manpower planning.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.

• Relevant experience in HR management and recruitment.

• Good knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.

• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
