Job Summary

Hillways Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Executive with hands-on knowledge of N-Way ERP Software and experience in both Head Office (HO) and project-site HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at Head Office and construction project sites.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, transfers, exit procedures, and personnel records.
• Maintain employee master data and HR documentation in N-Way ERP Software.
• Manage attendance, leave, biometric punching, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate salary processing, deductions, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, and attendance summaries.
• Coordinate with project teams, site HR, accounts, and Head Office management.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate
• 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with N-Way ERP Software.
• Head Office (HO) HR experience is also required.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure companies will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR reporting.
• Willingness to work at HO or project locations as per company requirements.
