Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage talent acquisition for blue collar hiring. The role will also include managing recruitment vendors, and handle bulk recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with recruitment vendors and manpower agencies for candidate requirements.
• Handle blue-collar and bulk hiring through vendor channels.
• Track daily hiring progress, interview schedules, selections, and joining status.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Work on alternate channel hiring
• Monitor vendor performance based on candidate quality, joining ratios, and turnaround time.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities with the concerned teams.

Required Skills

• Experience in recruitment coordination and vendor management.
• Knowledge of blue-collar and bulk hiring processes.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and meet hiring deadlines.
• Experience in staffing or third-party payroll companies will be an advantage.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR specialization preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in handling recruitment vendors, contract staffing preferred.
