• Recruitment and Talent Retention: Are you able to spot that talent from the sea of applications? Have you successfully implemented ideas that retain star performers?
• ***Onboarding and Talent Development:***Do you know how to assimilate new joiners into the new environment? Can you transform "raw talents" into "shining stars"?
• Performance Management: Have you played a key role in the performance management process?
• Employee Engagement: Have you run programmes / initiatives to ensure employees stay engaged and motivated, and ultimately stay with the organisation?
• Corporate Social Responsibility: Do you believe in giving back to the community (environment, people and commercial)?
