Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain candidate and employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, probation, and employee coordination.
• Support payroll inputs, HR policies, and performance management.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for technical and non-technical positions.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good recruitment, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, HR/recruitment platforms, and basic HR processes.
• Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and responsible.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Experience in Engineering, Construction, BIM, or Infrastructure recruitment is an advantage.
