Human Resource Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to join our production house and help build a strong, reliable creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from posting job openings to screening candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating offers.
• Source and hire talent across creative and production roles, including editors, cinematographers, production assistants and other team members.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation and attendance records.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and fill positions efficiently.
• Maintain candidate databases and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Support employee engagement, team coordination and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.

• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions.

• Proactive, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience hiring for creative agencies, production houses or media companies is a plus.

• Location: Lalbaug, Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to alternate Saturdays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
