Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee records, and employment relations.
• Assist in performance management, including data collection, compilation, analysis, and follow-up.
• Develop, implement, review, and improve company policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Assist in managing the organizational structure, job descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and manpower planning.
• Manage and maintain the company's server, shared drive, and file-sharing systems on a daily basis.
• Administer company accounts, user access rights, permissions, and basic internal system management.
• Organize, classify, archive, and manage access permissions for company management documents, records, and data.
• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on corporate management initiatives and assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Perform other HR, corporate management, and administration duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and able to use it as a working language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and common office software and systems.
• Strong data management, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen and currently based in Kuala Lumpur.
