Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Department: Human Resources

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and create recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the offer rollout process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.

HR Generalist:

• Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and HRMS updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
