HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Payroll Administration

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple business units.

• Administer statutory submissions, including CPF, IR8A, NS Make-Up Pay, SDL and other statutory claims.

• Process overtime, allowances, deductions, leave, no-pay leave and final salary computations.

• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are updated in the HRIS.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters and other HR documentation.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage leave administration, medical claims and employee benefits.
• Handle employee enquiries relating to payroll, leave and HR policies.

Foreign Workforce Administration

• Assist in Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations and appeals.
• Coordinate medical examinations, security bonds, insurance, repatriation and other foreign worker matters.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations relating to work passes.

HR Compliance & Administration

• Maintain personnel files and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, headcount reports and manpower statistics.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure HR processes comply with MOM legislation and company policies.

Other Responsibilities

• Support company-wide HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in ad hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
