Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end domestic recruitment across India, primarily for Sales and Technical positions, along with core HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to close vacancies within timelines.
• Handle onboarding, induction, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Support performance appraisals, KPI tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
• Maintain recruitment reports and employee records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in BCA,BSC CS, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist activities.
• Experience in Sales, IT, and Technical recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication, sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
