Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human RESOURCE EXECUTIVE work on daily HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance while learning how HR functions in a real-world business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support HR documentation, policies, and filing
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
• Help prepare HR reports and presentations
• Respond to basic employee queries under supervision
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or Any Bachelors degree
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
