Alongside the gallery, Nature Morte operates the Saat Saath Arts Foundation, home to India’s first international sculpture park, and SSA Advisory, its institutional art advisory practice. The organisation is currently in an active phase of international expansion, with new locations and programmes being developed globally.

Job Summary :-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong expertise in talent acquisition, job portal management, candidate screening, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, good Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage recruitment activities efficiently while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer rollout.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
• Draft and post job descriptions, manage job postings, and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Conduct preliminary HR screening and assess candidates for role suitability, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, collect feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, track hiring progress, and prepare reports on sourcing, shortlisting, interview status, and closures.

2. Job Portal & Database Management

• Effectively utilise job portal search tools, Boolean searches, filters, and database management features.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness and identify suitable channels for faster and better-quality hiring.

3. HR Operations & Coordination

• Assist with joining formalities, documentation, onboarding, and employee records.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Competencies: -

• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and recruitment trackers.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive approach, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:-

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, particularly Talent acquisition and Recruitment operations
• Can be able to join immediately
• Working Location - Delhi

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
