Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for plant, production, quality control, engineering, maintenance, warehouse, and administrative positions.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, overtime, and employee benefits.
• Handle joining formalities, induction, employee engagement, and exit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
• Coordinate with the factory and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain records related to employee training, safety induction, and HR audits.
• Coordinate with the EHS and factory administration teams regarding employee safety awareness and workplace policies.
• Support contractor manpower management, labour documentation, and statutory compliance, where applicable.
• Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain personnel files, and support management with HR-related activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations or recruitment; experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial company is preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, professional tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience handling blue-collar, contractual, and white-collar manpower will be an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR management systems.
• Ability to coordinate with factory management, production teams, and employees at different levels.
• Willingness to work at the manufacturing plant or factory location, as required.
