Roles & Responsibilities HR Executive (Plant)

• Handle end-to-end plant HR operations and employee relations.
• Manage attendance, time office, shift management, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and labour law documentation.
• Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit formalities.
• Oversee plant administration, including canteen, security, housekeeping, transport, and employee welfare.
• Prepare daily/monthly HR MIS, manpower reports, and attrition reports.
• Coordinate with Plant Head and department managers for manpower planning and smooth plant operations.
