Human Resource Executive (Female)

Manage 70–80% of IT & Non-IT recruitment, support daily HR operations, coordinate interviews and candidate communication, and assist with onboarding and other HR activities.

Immediate joiners are preferred

Required Candidate profile

2–4 years of HR experience
Strong experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
Good English communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
Ability to work from our Durganagar, Kolkata office
