• Requirement Analysis: Meet with hiring managers to understand role needs, skills, and cultural fit.
• Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, brief hiring panels, and manage communication between candidates and managers.
• Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, present job offers, and assist with onboarding new hires.
• Data Tracking: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
