Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop training programs and materials to enhance employee performance, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Design and deliver learning experiences that promote knowledge sharing, skill development, and behavioral change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conduct needs analysis, design curriculum maps, and create engaging learning content using various formats such as instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, coaching sessions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives through evaluation methods like surveys, feedback forms, focus groups.
