Human Resource Executive (Melaka)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall task in HR & Admin department
• Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance record
• Providing general clerical support to manager such as printing, copying, binding, submission of expense claims and ad hoc research
• Assist in generating reports: attendance report, commission report, sales report, headcount report and etc.
• To prepare recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting of candidates and interview arrangement and onboarding activities (eg: Induction, Letter Offer Briefing and etc.)
• Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in HR/ Recruitment field
• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or other related discipline
• Working knowledge in MS Office Applications
• Based in Melaka (Pusat Bandaraya)
• Pleasant personality, matured and independent
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written & Spoken)
