Human Resource Executive (P1)

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee records, onboarding and offboarding documentation
• Assist with attendance, leave, payroll and other HR-related matters
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview arrangements and candidate follow-ups
• Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations and other staff correspondence
• Maintain and update employee information and HR records
• Provide general administrative support, including office supplies, documents, filing and coordination with vendors
• Assist with company events, staff activities and other ad-hoc HR or administrative matters
• Ensure HR and administrative processes are carried out accurately and in accordance with company policies

About you

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
• Familiar with basic HR processes and Singapore employment practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
