Human Resource Executive - Payroll

Requirements

• Proven experience as HR Executive or similar role.
• Required skills: HR Management, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management
• Language required: Mandarin & English
• Knowledge of payroll systems and leave management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR software.
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and on time.

• Manage employee leave records and ensure timely leave approvals and updates.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.

• Support HR-related administrative tasks and compliance requirements.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Provide support in training and development initiatives.

• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR assistance as needed.
