What they need
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
- Partner with Plant Management and HODs on manpower planning, recruitment and workforce requirements.
- Lead employee engagement and communication initiatives to strengthen employee experience and workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, counselling, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations.
- Coordinate and drive training, competency development and performance management activities.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and submission of payroll inputs.
- Manage end-to-end foreign worker administration and accommodation, including work permits, renewals, home leave, repatriation and hostel
- Lead HR projects and continuous improvement / HR digitalization initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness and employee experience.
