Human Resource Executive/Manager

• Develop and implement comprehensive human resources policies, procedures and programmes aligned with company objectives and legal requirements
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding of new employees
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, grievance management and performance management
• Handle foreign worker permits
• Oversee training and development programmes to enhance employee skills, competencies and career progression opportunities
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitive salary structures and benefits packages
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with data protection regulations
• Conduct exit interviews and manage employee turnover analysis to identify and address retention challenges
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and industrial relations requirements in Malaysia
• Participate in strategic workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels and foster a collaborative workplace culture

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in automotive and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labour regulations and industrial relations practices
• Proven experience in recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in Million Payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to employee engagement and conflict resolution
• Professional certification such as CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) or equivalent is preferred
