Human Resource Generalist

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive / Generalist to handle end-to-end recruitment, general HR operations, and office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles (e.g., Interior Designers, Acoustic Engineers, Site Supervisors, Sales Executives, and Admin staff).
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage candidate offer letters, document verification, joining formalities, and exit processes.
• Employee Relations & Management: Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries, resolve internal grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
• HR Administration: Track daily attendance, leave management, and coordinate basic payroll inputs.
• Policy Implementation: Help enforce company rules, safety regulations, and office administrative policies.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Assist management with general administrative coordination between site teams, office staff, and management.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 0 to 2 years in HR operations or talent acquisition.
• Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA / BBA in HR preferred).
• Skills: Strong verbal & written communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multi-task and manage operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
