Human Resource Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure completion of pre-joining documentation and employee verification.
• Facilitate employee joining formalities, including collection of required documents.
• Create and maintain employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, and relevant departments for employee onboarding requirements.
• Generate employee IDs, email IDs, and access requests as per company policies

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, or Employee Lifecycle Management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Experience with HRMS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
